JIESTAR at IBTE Indonesia 2024 in Jakarta

At IBTE Indonesia 2024, we brought a bright cross-section of the JIESTAR range to Jakarta. From August 7 to 9, our stand at Jakarta International Expo became a compact showroom filled with flowers, vehicles, architecture, street scenes, and character-led builds. The result was a colourful introduction to the different ways a JIESTAR set can be built, displayed, collected, or shared.

The wide booth photograph shows how the full presentation came together. Large floral images rise above the shelving, architectural models occupy one side, and rows of boxed sets lead visitors through several product directions. Instead of separating every theme into its own area, we let the collection form one continuous wall. That made it easy to take in the variety first and then pause at a specific model.

Many building styles, one JIESTAR stand

Botanical sets gave the booth an expressive, display-oriented side. Their strong colour and sculptural shapes stood in contrast to the more mechanical lines of cars and other vehicles. Nearby, compact buildings and street-inspired scenes introduced a different kind of detail: familiar places recreated at a scale suited to a shelf or desk.

The closer photograph reveals the smaller discoveries within the display. Finished flowers, miniature façades, characterful shopfronts, vehicles, and boxed sets are arranged at eye level. Some products communicate their idea instantly from a distance; others reward a closer look at the brick-built details. Together, they show why we value presenting completed models alongside their packaging. Visitors can connect an image on the box with the form, colour, and personality of the real build.

This balance is important to JIESTAR. Building blocks can support technical interests, decorative displays, imaginative scenes, gifts, and collecting. Bringing those directions together allowed our team to talk about the range as a whole while still giving each visitor room to follow the subjects that felt most relevant to them.

A warm introduction in Jakarta

IBTE created a direct setting for meeting people working across Indonesia's toy and retail market. The official exhibitor information records the 2024 show at Jakarta International Expo from August 7 to 9. During those days, our booth was not simply a backdrop for products; it was the place where packaging, finished models, and conversation came together.

Visitors could move from the broad presentation to an individual set, pick up on a particular category, and speak with our team about what they had seen. The photographs do not try to turn those exchanges into claims about results. What they preserve is the real atmosphere of the stand: a full display ready to be explored, with different building ideas competing gently for attention.

The Jakarta appearance also became an important visual marker in our growing Southeast Asian exhibition story. It showed us presenting JIESTAR in a way that felt open and varied, with room for both technical products and decorative subjects. That same breadth would continue to appear in later fairs, even as each city and stand developed its own character.
